- I know that psp's have their system versions. Such as 3.95 and all. I hear that you are suppose to downgrade that version to a much lower version. How can i do that?

- Lastly, where can i actually find all these files that are required to make games i download from internet work?

I've been digging things here and there, but couldn't come up with any that are actually understandable.
