Hitachi 0078FK Drive and SATA Chipset help

I just opened up my 360 today and found its the Hitachi 0078FK version and I need to know what chipset I need in order to flash. I have sum SATA ports in my desktop but I dont know if they are the right type
Anybody know what and where I need to buy?

I just went ahead and bought the via 6421 card. Go to new egg, type that in, and buy the card. It worked for me.
