Can't get Gray's Anatomy S4D2 to copy

Tried AnyDVD, tried VobBlanker, tried DVDFab. When I try to open the file that results, using Shrink, I get nothing but Green and then either an error saying an exception occured or one that says invalid acces to memory. Any suggestions?
