exporting rb1 songs to rb2 with modded/unmodded console?

hey guys, this might be a lame question but i couldnt find any answers so here goes: i want to export my rock band 1 tracks to rock band 2. i have an original copy of rb1 and a backup of rb2 and a modded and an unmodded 360. if i loaded my original of rb1 into my unmodded 360 and exported the game to my hdd, would i then be able to access them when im playing my copy of rb2 on my modded console without being online? or is it like dlc where you can only access it online if it was downloaded on a different console? im tryin to stay offline with the modded console(scared of the new update)any thoughts would be a help.thanks
