There is no downgrader for 3.95 Official FirmwarePSP. You need to use the Pandora Battery + Magic Memory Stick method. You can find guides for this in the Ultimate Sticky thread.

Ahhh. I disregarded the quote part below your post as being part of your sig. Makes a little more sense now.
However I wasn't trying to 'play admin'. I was merely informing Killer358 that he should read the forum rules to avoid redundant posts such as this one. Nothing more and nothing less.
No problem, it's just best that the mods are left to advise people of the rules, to avoid situations such as the above.
