hi i got a slim 2001 series psp with a fat battery, a 2gb memory stick duo card and a 4.05 software version. I tried to make pandora battery by cutting the little line inside butt when i putt the battery back the green light comes on but the screen stays black, after that i tried to use a pandora battery creator, after downloading it i tried to run it but i got a error number 8002014c i dont know what to do please help.I almost forgot the battery opened was a slim, but now i got a fat one. THANKYOU.
Dumb question I'm sure, but did you have a magic memory stick made and inserted when you put the battery in? IF you didn't, then use your ac adapter to turn on your PSP normally, get a guide, make a magic mem stick, unplug the ac adapter cord, and THEN put your battery in. Problem solved (possibly).
And I concur with MrGooey. Triple check to make sure you dont have one of those new evil mobos >:(
Wish sony would just give it a rest on that crap. Being able to hack the psp just makes more people want to buy them. Convinced two of my friends to get one since they've seen all the stuff I've been able to do with mine in the last week ^_^
with the new motherboards does the pandora battery even make the power light come on? it would be nice if there were some tell tale signs because like NeonMako said he just might not have his magic memory stick in or made right.
I wanna say that when a pandora battery is inserted into a TA88v3 that the light DOES come on but the screen stays black. I'm almost positive that I read that when I did my "study up" on the new mobo.
Unfortunately I don't have a link to back this up :(
And I can't remember where I read it. But I do know it wasn't on Dark-AleX's Official TA88 v3 Post.
