N64 VC Wads Screen problems

I recently installed several n64 wads using wad manager through the homebrew channel, and they all work perfectly except for the screen position. Whenever I play, the screen is always dramatically lower than it should be, resulting in me missing like 30% of the screen. Is anyone else having this problem? How should I fix it?
