Gotsent vs Tversity for mkvs

I was looking at the guide for GOTsent repacking of mkvs and I noticed that the nero link to the aac encoder was broken. So either I'm missing something or I need to find another way to get that file. So I decided to look into Tversity.

So what are some pros and cons on getting mkvs to play on a 360 Gotsent vs TVserity and if Gotsent is better how do i get these encoders?
