Baten kaitos Origins NTSC problem on PAL console

hello everyone,

last week i bought baten kaitos origins in NTSC format and i'm palying it on my PAL Gamecube console using Action Replay Max Evo with built in freeloader system. The game works but i have the problem that the game freezes on a regular basis, sometimes it freezes about every 10 minutes, I also played for several hours without having the game freezing once, i don't understand from where this problem could come. Disc one which i'm using right now is clean, i'f someone knows how to solve the problem it would be of great help because i really would like to finish off the game but yet it just gets on my nerves that the game freezes so often.
