My friend has phat with 3.90 or 3.80 custom and he can't use USB, Music, Videos or Photos. Game menu works and USB works on service mode. He really got no idea what to do other than upgrade, but he is not sure will that help. He has just m33 not m33-2 I think(it says 3.9/80 m33 in info not m33-2 or something else)

well he should update but if that alone doesnt fix it he can also try going to the recovery menu and reset his flash1 settings its in the advanced tab, also worst case scenario backup the memstick if possible by the recovery menu and format
