anybody get the problem when u try to use any of the DVD to one DVDr programs thats when its gets around 40% of encoding that it gets an error and stops due to a bad sector? i have used 2 different DVD's of underworld and get the same error. I also used every DVD program that converts the whole disk to one and they all get stuck at 40% or freeze or automatically close, hell, i even read the forums and used AnyDVD to know avail. please help?!

Haven't heard of that (a "glitch" with DVD2One) but sounds like it is definitely time to try another program -

DVDShrink will do the same job - Here is a link to the new version, 3.1.6 beta 1 - ->

I backed up Underworld using Nero and DVD Shrink and it worked flawlessly.

ASUS P4P800, P4 2.8@3.36GHZ,1GIG PC3200 DDR RAM, 120GB MAXTOR HD, SONY DVD ROM, SONY DVD RW

I had trouble doing a Full-Disk copy in DVD2One , but after changing to a Movie-Only copy the problems ended ;-)

[think it's down to complex FBI warning screen index]

i think i got it. i just bought a new TDK 8x Dual format Writer Drive. now it works. my old Sony 2.4x burner is starting to die :-P
