A Clicking Noise In the audio on my DVD rip

After ripping a DVD with DVDx 2.2 The audio in the final video file that is produced has a clicking noise about every three seconds and the audio is out of sync. I have ripped several other dvds fine with no problem using the following guide.

I am thinking i either have a setting wrong that I am overlooking or I am calculating the bitrate wrong. Any help is greatly appriciated.
