Hello folks,

Just got my box yesterday and installed successfully in the living room and daughters bedroom. However, my question to you experts is this:

The picture in my daughters bedroom is perfect (just as good as Sky in my opinion, however, in the living room the picture is slightly flickering and a bit blocky (almost like the streaming isn;t perfect). It is most noticeable when watching fast paced sport and seems almost as though the picture can;t quite keep up with itself. The sky sports logo flickering is the most annoying part.

Do you think I need a signal booster? I have tried disconnecting the upstairs feed in the cable box outside to see if this improves the downstairs signal, but it doesn't. I also guess that a large screen will exagerate the problem, 37" downstairs 15" upstairs.

Also, I have ordered by HDD will it work staright away or will I have to download new software? I have version 1.0ST4 July 2008. Theguy in the shop installed the software as I know nothing about all this.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi agai folks,

Problem sorted. I found out that my picture setting was NTSC and it should be on Multi. Funny though the other unit was set correctly out of the box.
