I have Nero 8 and IMgburn, which one is better? I'm on Vista BTW

What patcher do I use to patch the ISO(it's the same region as my Wii, do I still need to patch it?) I've already wasted about 10 DVDs. I'm using Verbatim DVD + Rs.

I'm hoping I can load my game. I have the back up loader v0.3 channel.

im on vista also i use imgburn at 4x speed works great no problems but i use verb DL +r i dont have any dvd 5s yet

Can someone tell me what's the best patcher to use?

Don't bother saying region frii or brick blocker, I don't need them, my iso is the same region as my Wii, NTSC-U. I used wanikoko's back-up creator, and it seems to work. So now I just need help on burning. IMGburn won't let me change my book type btw.
