Hello all,

I am just checking to see if it is possible to copy files (mp3's) from a flash drive onto an xbox360 hard drive?

There's no way to do that! M$ made it so you can have the files on the drive and you can just play off of that.

The reason I ask is I am an avid player of NHL09 and would like to create my own music to play within the game however for some reason I am unable to connect my 360 to my pc, just trying to find a way around that to be able to create playlist to put into the game. Apparently I can rip files from a cd onto the drive but I am unsure of how to do so? Do I just put a cd into the console and it will give me that option from within the media tab?

You don't even have to put it on a cd. Just plug in a flash drive that you've put music on, to the 360, and when you are in the game,press the guide button (Big X) on the controller, and you can select Play Music (I think, don't know off the top of my head). Anyways you select that, and then you can select your USB Drive, and select music to play!
