I bought a psp for my nephew but its the wrong one I have just found out. I got the slim and light but I was supposed to get the psp 3000.

I got this from argos and went back to the store to find out its exempt from the 30 day money back guarantee.

I do not understand this, the psp is unused, it wasnt on sale and its not a consumable.

Why will they not return this.

Is there any way I can get my money back from them.

Hi, i'm from the UK and can sympathize with this anger. However, somewhere along the line you will have been told that it was excempt from returns so really there isn't anything you can do. I suggest selling it on eBay as BNIB (Brand New In Box) and buying a PSP 3000 from a respectible gaming shop, such as the holy GAME
