DVDFAB won't burn Phenomenon, 1996 preview scrambled.

I'm new to DVDFab. But have been using it for a couple of months and have never ran into a dvd I couldn't backup unitl tonight when I tried to backup Phenomenon-1996. It even shows a scrambled pic in the preview prior to trying to back it up. Is there a forum for issues with DVDFAB like this, or is there some dvd's which DVDFAB can't backup? Thank you for the help.

Is the disk scratched? Any finger prints on it? If not, you may have a bad press, which has so far slowed down most of us from ripping movies.

I saw that you posted the same question in the DvdFab updates thread. Multiposting is against forum rules.

And to second the advice given you there as well as here; sounds like a bad disc.

The disc is in good condition. It plays fine on 3 different dvd players and it plays good in the drive that I use for burning. On the other computer it shows the same scrambled pattern in DVDFAB. Other disc copy/burn with no issue. Maybe it is a bad disc. I just never had an issue like this that everything looks good, plays normal, but scrambles in DVDFAB. Thanks for the advice,

Bad disks will play like normal, but it's just the way that they were pressed during the manufacturing process that makes them hard to rip. Exchange the disk and try again. If you succeed or not, let us know.
