My PS2 won't read CDs

I have swap magic and Action Replay Max. As everyone knows, Action Replay is on a CD. My PS2 will not read CDs anymore. So now I can not download saves for Fire Pro Wrestling Returns. Since I can't get my PS2 to read CDs, I can't get Action Replay to convert the PS2 saves from my Sandisk to my memory card. Any suggestions anyone?
