hi, i hope anyone can help me out!

If i have 2 consoles, 1 modded and 1 not, and i want to play the backup games on the flashed 360 with my main xbox live gamertag but not actually connect to internet, so i can still add to my acheivements, but still be able to then put my memory card with that profile back into my unmodded 360 to connect to live and play original games will i get banned or something??

In theory it should be ok i think, but i really have no idea and turn to you people who know alot more than me.

No one knows what gets recorded on tmemory cards, the HDD or the console itself, so the answer to your question is there is no answer as of yet.

But having said that, they can't ban an unmodified console. It should be fine.

Yes, that's fine to do that. People have been switching one hard drive between modded/unmodded consoles ever since the first wave of bannings. When MS bans, they ban the console, not your hard drive/memory card/gamertag.
