i need to copnvert movie files to specific formats to be able to be burned as a dvd r and not vcd my dvd player wont support vcd. most of my files are either mpeg of asf or avi i need to convert them to ifo vob or bup. ive searched online for programs to convert them but cant find one. can anyone help me

Sorry ...No help from me...I have the same problem !!! lots of avi's and asf's,,,i've looked through the web and peer-to-peer networks and can't find one that is remotely suitable.

try use TMPGEnc reencode your movies files to mpeg-2 then you can put in dvd disc.
