I have downloaded and installed Magentic (by incredimail) When I try to open the program I keep getting a crash box that says:

"Exception: ACCESS_VIOLATION (C0000005) - on reading from 72717349
Faulting Offset: 72717349
Module: Magentic.exe

72717349 Magentic.exe
00017F70 MFC42.DLL
758B56EC Magentic.exe"

The program then closes. I can't keep the program open in order to use it.
I have uninstalled and re-installed the program and still have the problem.
Has anyone else had this problem? Or does anyone know how to fix this problem?
