this is what I have would appreciate any upgrade suggestions

ultra x-finity sli 600 watt power supply
XFX 680i lt sli motherboard
intel core 2 quad Q6700
thermaltake gun-met orb cpu heatsink
2GB OCZ ddr 2 800 mhz sli ram
2X XFX Geforce 8600 gt XXX 256 MB video cards
800 GB SATA Seagate 7200.10 hard drive
lite-on DVD multi burner
Hanns-g 21.6 inch widescreen lcd monitor
wacom graphire 2 tablet pen and mouse
xbox 360 wired controller

What do you use the system for? If you're a gamer you should consider a graphics upgrade to something like an HD4830 or HD4850. I'm also not a fan of 680i motherboards so I'd also want to change that before too long. CPU is fine, you could perhaps consider more than 2GB RAM (especially if you use vista).
