D2Pro9 V3 problem

Hi,

I have just modded my Wii with D2PRO9 V3. It is working fine except the eject and inching problem. I have bought the chip from Canada Mod and it indicated that it will work with D2C2. The D2PRO9 should come with the v2.3 firmware. When I used the v1.6 utility disk to check the firmware, it indicated that is v2.4. I think v2.4 is for D2E. Here is my question. How can I flash the D2PRO9 to v2.3? Do I need the D2Prog? Also, I have been trying to email Canada Mod for solution, but I have not received any answer yet? Therefore, please help.

i had a problem similar to this earlier with my d2pro9 rev 2 but the problem just went away and my chip wasn't updated, what you need is the d2prog (thats the only solution) or just wait and hope that the problem goes away like i did yet you can't be sure that that'll work every time
