Hi,

I am new here and hope someone can help me.

I live in Canada and have a PRIMA HT-8104 home theatre system.

I accidentally switched the TV type (in Setup on the DVD player) away from NTSC and now my TV set will not display the DVD player menu.

Because my TV won't show the menu, I can't change it back.

I have tried unplugging it, waiting and then plugging it back in, but it does not help.

There does not appear to be any external way to re-set to factory settings.

What can I do?
