Xilisoft RM Converter suck at 99%

Hi, I'm using a Xilisoft RM Converter v3.1.43 and for some reason when I am converting episode 3 of a show I have to .AVI it converts all the way to 99% and just stops there. It converted episodes 1, 2, and 4 just fine but 3 gets stuck at 99%.

I've checked the original .rmvb ep3 video and it works fine, I can watch the whole thing.

I've also tried restarting the conversion again, but it gets stuck at 99% again. If anyone know what's wrong please help. Thank you
