So let me start by saying I have my head up my ass.

I recently purchased the D2Pro9V2 Wii Clip bundle pre-soldered from modschipcentral.

I have some questions that I'd appreciate some help with. I installed the chip and I get the solid red light. On one attempt, I got the blue light, but it didn't last and I have never seen it since. Here's what I am looking at:

Do I even have the right chip for my version of Wii?

My Wii

The Chip, front and back

Here's what looks like some missing, cut, or bent pins. I don't think this is anything I did, it looks too clean to have been caused by me pressing on the wiiclip. The system works fine unmoded. Is this an issue?

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

First off I have to say that if you took those pics yourself you have a very nice camera. Its hard to focus that close.

Anyway, to address your issues:
You'd have to look up the install info on the D2Pro but I believe that you need to bridge one of the jumpers at the top of the chip, where its labeled P1 and P2.
As for your last picture, thats called cut pins. Some of the later D2B wii's had 3 legs on the IC cut to make it harder to mod. Most of the later chips (such as the D2Pro) use different contact points so it shouldn't be a problem.

In summary: Look up and read the manual for the D2Pro and make sure you're following all the directions.
