How do i get my psp online with dial up Internet?

Well, unfortunately for you, the PSP is not compatible with dial-up internet connections. You'll need a Wireless connection in order to make use of the online functions.

However, if you're truly desperate and unable to afford a legitimate internet connection, you can purchase a WiFi Max for the PSP which allows you to establish a wireless internet connection by hooking it up to any internet enabled PC (including PC's running on dial-up). But if you do go ahead and do that, your head-to-head online gaming experience will be terrible and your browsing speed will be a complete drag.

All in all, I recommend just getting better internet. Here is a link concerning the PSP WiFi Max if you're interested. It usually runs for about 35-40 bucks a pop.
