Possible to convert this game from cd to dvd?

Ok one of my games discs broke a couple years ago and until recently I got a memor32 which will only allow backups of ps2 games. I tried to convert this game from cd to dvd but it just won't work.

dvdscan 3.7 doesn't patch any of the files into dvd. Anyway a DL of the same game shows inside it that is has;

(Lots of folders with lots of files in some, etc)
DUMMY.DAT
DUMMY2.DAT
ROM.BIN
SLUS_013.63
SYSTEM.CNF
VRAMBIN.BIN

Anyway im not sure if I have given much information, but im wondering if this cd is a edit'd version of the original and would I need a clean version to convert? Any information would be greatly appreciated.

SLUS-01363 - Chrono Trigger

No PSX game can ever be converted to DVD. DVDscan is meant for CD PS2 games only.
