Hi all;

I'm looking for some feedback from people on batteries for the wiimotes

I am currently using crap a$$ maxell batteries, i'm experiencing constant disconnection of the wiimote from the wii and is anoying as hell

I'm wondering if that is because of the batteries being junk or something else.

Maybe because the batteries are running low?

Try buying some rechargeable batteries. I use the Energizer ones. Bought an 8 pack almost 2 years ago. After that I just charged them whenever they go low. Never had to buy batteries again.

I use them for my 2 Wiimote and 2 360 controllers. Work great.

Used radio shack rechargeable batteries and wall charger at first which worked great. I then bought the Nyko Wii Charge Station for convenience and that works perfectly fine as well.

Have had my Wii a few years and have yet bought extra batteries. I still use the original rechargeable batteries in other remote controls around the house. The Wii Charge Station is still running strong.
