With the update coming any day now what do you think this will mean to those with modded systems? I'm somewhat worried if I download the update I'll no longer be able to play my backed games. Do you think it's wise to pass on the update for a few weeks and see what happens?

i think 7 kittens just died somewhere.

1) nobody knows what will happen with the update
2) if you would have read some of the threads you would have noticed the threads titled (MS BANNING AGAIN) and read that people are getting banned right now

modded console means you will ALWAYS have a chance of getting banned.

well i made sure i never played any downloaded games and never played before release dates and hopefully it pays off judgement day (which is supposedly november 19)
