Can anyone tell me what this picture means?

It appeared after I put the burned Dino Crisis [SLUS-00922]cd to the console.
The game started normally to the first image of the game and after that that appeared.

Is it some kind of information that my "Mod chip" don`t support that game or what it means?

I'm not positive, but to me that looks like a region error message. Since you said that your Dino Crisis was burned and that it is SLUS-00922 (which is a US version of Dino Crisis), and the error message is in japanese (correct me if I'm wrong), I would say that your ps2 is japanese and that message is saying that your ps2 is the wrong region to play that game. so I would look for a japanese version of it or a patch.
Or this could be related to the protection thrown onto some ps1 games. Seeing as I don't speak japanese, I am not positive on the error but am making educated guesses based on messages I have seen. If it is a protection issue, google for "console gaming world dino crisis" and you should find a few patches.
I am not certain what afterdawn thinks about console gaming world, so i don't want to put a link to them in here.

woot. I was right about needing to be patched. Console Gaming World is great for finding patches for video games (for console video gaming anyways), eh?
