I have a Hitachi 3120 w/ Rom ver 46DH

Can I swap my board with the board from a drive that has Rom ver 47DJ ?

or, can I extract the keys from my board and flash them to the board from the 47DJ ?

sorry if this has already been posted, but I am easily confused with all the info I have read.
