Stealth Program for Mac and Burning .dvd Files in Toast

So I have tried searching the forum for answers. but I haven't really found anything. I'm downloading some games for my 360 from a newsgroup and was wondering if there are any certain programs for Mac that I should use to verify that they are stealth?

Also, I have Toast Titanium 9.0.2 for burning. What is the protocol I should use for burning the .dvd file? I know to burn this instead of the .iso file as the .dvd file will reference it. Do I use the DVD-ROM (UDF) tab?

Any help would be great.

Note: I know I could download an emulator, xp, and programs for windows, but I would like to do it in Leopard on my Mac if possible.
