Are Pal Games Ok?

Are Pal games ok to play on my modded 360? The reason I ask is because I recently signed up for Itchycats but most of the newly released games are Pal. Are these ok to use? Lets take Gears of War 2 for example. The newest NTSC version is 20 days old. However, the newest Pal version is 6 days old. I don't want to download one of the early released versions. Is the Pal version ok?

Should I just sign up for something other then Itchycats? Any suggestions?

Yeah, I know about that. That is why I don't want to download the games from two weeks ago. I'll probably just wait it out a couple weeks. Atleast until things smooth out and we have real answers.
