As long as the new audio is the same length (running time) as the original, you can use 'Avidemux'.

I'm assuming it's an AVI file.

Load/drag the AVI onto the window.
On the top menu click 'Audio' => 'Main Track' and select the 'Audio Source' - it will be an 'External' source - browse to it and load.

Assuming that it is the same type as the original (.mp3 ?), the menu selections on the left side of the screen should be set:
'Video' => 'Copy'
'Audio' => 'Copy'
'Format' => 'AVI'

Click on the 'Save' logo and give the file a new name (with extension) e.g. New_File.AVI

Do you want to keep the first 25 seconds of the video, or don't care about it? You could trim the first 25 seconds of the video and then add the new audio.

Free video trimmer, it works great on AVi files without re-encoding- http://www.solveigmm.com/?Products&p=AVITrimmer

I must be doing something wrong, Avidemux did not take my external audio source,it kept the original, however, I managed very easy to combine a video with a new audio with Avimux_Gui.

If you want to keep the entire video and add the audio 25 seconds later after the video starts, you can use Avimux_Gui to remove the original audio and then use the video(the one with no audio, resulted after de-muxing) and the new audio in Nero Vision(if you have Nero). Choose "Make Movie", load the video, and the new audio and drag it 25 seconds into the movie. Both streams will be re-encoded, so technically you will lose some quality( which probably will not even be noticeable when watching the new video).

If you don't have Nero, you could use Windows Movie Maker and save it to an WMV file.

You can also remove the audio with the AviTrimmer if you don't want to use Avimux_Gui (although this little application is a must have).
