was wondering if this happens to you,and why is this happening.
every time i boot my extra psp i have to use a pand. batt and a jigstik.well now its just the battery,as if there was no connection from switch.
my thoughts were that the power switch was bad.well after taking apart and putting back together,i saw no sighns or shortage or even any dirt, well half way back.i noticed yesterday that the switch works to lock it, but when i push up to turn off the key shows up in the top right corner by the time as if it were locked.
any ideas?

1)What was the cause of this problem? Did the PSP fall or get hit or 2)something?
Or did it happen since you Pandora Battery-ed ur PSP?

If its:

1) its a hardware problem such as the motherboard cracked or lost a piece
2) the PSP's software got messed up
