Extract Files From An ISO To A PC

I received an ISO of a film that is designed to run on a PS3.

Does anyone know of a way to extract the information from the ISO to a Windows XP PC?

I opened the ISO on my PC using both UltraISO and WinRAR, and much to my surprise, the ISO shows no files. But I can assume that there is some kind of info in it, as the ISO is something like 8GB.

If anyone can lend me some sort of an idea as to how to manipulate this file, I would appreciate it.
