OK so I am using the Xecuter Connectivity Kit 3 Lite, , I have soldered the two points on the drive, I have connected it all up, I am connecting the PC by serial port. I have followed the guide on the xecuter website (http://team-xecuter.com/ck3/liteon_windows.htm) to a tee.
I open the new xecuter ck3 tool v1.0 and select the correct port, I then click on the lite on tab and click Run DVDKey32 and it says please wait...
I have tried turning off the CK3 power - unplugging the sata cable from the drive and plugging the sata cable back in and turn the ck3 power back on, I have also checked the soldering which is fine and to no avail, still getting the error.
