I own a Pioneer DV-C503, 5 Disk, standalone dvd player. Last week it just stopped working. One day I was watching The Fugitive, and the next day I went to play a dvd and It just loaded(spinning) as it usually does, but never went to the play function. Since then I have not been able to play any DVD's of any kind. I've heard that this tends to be the "dark side" of 5 disk changers and why they arent that hot. Ive known a few people that have had the same thing happened and just purchased new systems. Is there any way to bring this player back to working order? And at what cost?
