*Clarification* NXE and Streaming Video Files

I have read conflicting reports that Microsoft is doing away with the streaming video files from your computer over your network(avi, divx, etc.) feature with the NXE. I'm not asking whether the BETA version allows streaming video files because I have heard repeatedly that it does not, but does anyone know if it will be implemented in the final version? I guess I could wait 2 days to find out, but I am very curious and I have yet to come across a real answer.
