burning cue/bin with nero... do i use them both?

ok i now have the both the cue and bin file of a DVD movie but am comletely clueless how to burn them with nero. does anyone know a tutorial web site that explains it all step by step? Also do i need to use both the bin and cue to make a dvd movie? does one take care of audio and the other take care of video?

Here's a guide on how to do it:

Alternatly, go in to Nero express, make sure your dvd burner is selected first(with the [DVD/RW] next to it, not the [CD/RW]). Select burn disc image, then in the next window, in the drop down menu for file types, select .cue files. Then locate your file and burn, baby, burn.

P.S. next time you have a prob, try the guides here at aD or do search in the messages and you'll have your answer straight away (most of the time).
