BenQ Flashing With iPrep Issues

Hi, I'm trying to flash my 360's disk drive firmware using iPrep, and for some reason it always tells me that it failed right after I enter my serial number. The SATA I'm using is Silicon Image SiI 3132 SoftRaid 5. I get up to the point where it tells me that on the next screen I have to press 'y' to resend the command, but the next screen is always the FAILED screen. Help please.
