new NXE leaked dashboard - Can't Update console

I have the new NXE leaked dashboard and when ever i connect to xbox live it asks me to do an update i click yes and like a loading screen apears but then the console does black and asks me to update again. If i test my connection it does exactly the same finds an update and the same cycle happens again any ideas how to fix or what might be the problem thanks

Not sure what the issue is and hopefully it resolves itself.

I got it about an hour early and everything went smooth. loaded it, connected to live, found update, took update and no issues.

I know this doesn't help you, but maybe just a bad connection on your end and it works itself out.

Edit: unless we are talking about a different leak. I got the "official" leak btw.

If you put a game in thats got an update on it like Guitar Hero World Tour or even the likes of Assasans Creed, boot it then go back to the dash using the Xbox button on the controller it lets you into live ok.
