I have a Psp 3000 and my system software is v 4.20 i've downloaded a game and the file is cso how do i install that file on my psp to play the game.

you can't. there is no custom firmware for the 3000 series, yet.

lol, you need to do some research if cfw on the psp 3k is possible before buying one! thats like selling ur car to buy a new one, but not knowing which one you are gonna buy!
