Wii stoped playing back up'safter Madden 09/guitar hero world

Hello everyone love this place hope you can help i have a wiikey inside my wii worked great for a while today i turned it on and put in Madden 09 then also played guitar hero. Then i tried to play one of my back-up's which work before now my wii only plays none Back up's. Do i need to update?
or reopen my wii to see what's up.
what could have happend?

You may have to upgrade you WIIKEY firmware to 1.9s
Don't open your wii, unless no backups work.

Hello thank you for helping but i can not play any back-up's at all or take the firmware update disc because its on a dvd-r, i checked my wiikey and everything looks great soldering chip. what could have gone wrong?

*Is it my Wii system or should i just replace my wiikey and everything should be fine. I really just want to know that.
