i accidentally updated my japanese wii to 3.4J,how can i install homebrew channel on it so i cxan change the region?

Currently you cant. Homebrew channel still runs fine but cannot be installed because 3.4 blocked the twilight hack again. Wait a couple days for a new twilight hack version and then you can run the downgrader.

Probably, but as I said before: homebrew channel cannot be installed without a working twilight hack. So until there is one you cant install it.
