Modchip vs Softmod Confusion

Hi, i want to mod my Wii .
Shall i go for the modchip or the twilight princess hack ?
Does any version of TP work or do you need the old version.
Does the backup loader load all the backup games ?

Also , does installing a modchip give you problems in the future like ejecting issues etc ?

Getting a Mod Chip is better, and the TP hack will not load all games just some. Here is a list of Games that TP hack will/will not Run. for PAL Games

Modchips are FAR more resistant to firmware updates and copy-protection than softmod methods as well.
