Wiikey suddenly can't load any backups; boot/config discs etc... HELP!

Hello everyone

I have a problem with booting any forms of backups, or burned game/config discs. The main problem is that i don't have a clue on what could possibly be the cause, because everything has been working just fine for 6 months.

I have a U.S Nintendo Wii (NTSC-U), with Wiikey.

I'm so frustrated so I will add on how it suddenly happened...
I was playing Tales of Symphonia 2 for a week, and one day I just wanted to try out some codes using the SD Gecko. And so I did, but gecko couldn't launch the game or the codes. I tried again but nothing happened. THEN when I turned off the Wii and turnd it on, suddenly it couldnt launch any backups, config discs or the recovery disc. I just got the message "Unable to read the disc". It is like my Wii doesn't have a wikkey anymore :'(

I dunno what to do anymore, please help me...

Lazy, check out the sticky at the top of the forum for updating your WiiKey firmware. Your Wii was probably updated to a later firmware and the Wiikey will need updated. The latest version is 1.9s.
