Is there a program that will give me screen shots of every frame from an MPEG video file? I'm trying to do this for a video that is only 75 seconds, but my current method will still take a really long time. Right now the best thing I have is to do print screens of every frame, but then I have to crop each one since print screen copies the whole screen.

Load/drag the file into Avidemux.
Click 'File' => 'Save' => 'Save selection as jpeg images'.
Select a folder to save the files and when it asks for a file name, give it 1.jpg

VirtualDub also has an 'export' feature which allows saving to .bmp .jpg
