OMG Can't flash BenQ

OMG,I can't fiqure out what wrong. I can get the toggle between 0xd1 and 0x51. Then when i turn my 360 of and back on it flashe 0xff then 0x80 and i keep turing it off and on but nothing happens. I am thinking about maybe just modding my other 360 but that one not under warrenty.So if any one can HELP ME OR GIVE ME IDEAS PLEASE HELP

I had this exact same problem with my Benq.
I got around this by, when the 2 digits are flashing, just pressing the escape key on the keyboard instead of switching the 360 off.
It worked a treat.

try the new iprep v0008 beta
once in the dos screen
turn on the benq
type dosflash
it will ask you to send the magic28 packet say yes (or y)
then select the drive from the list

it will ask if you want to read or write or erase

from there its self explanitry (just spoofed a mates drive using it to read and write, man they have got easier :) )
